Joy is a action that allows to express satisfaction or joy . The concept is also used to name joy and happiness. For example: "The old man received the news with joy and began to applaud", “To the delight of the men present, the young model wore a tight and low cut dress”, “The rain did not extinguish the joy of the neighbors, who continued singing and dancing all night”.

Rejoicing is associated with pleasure and the positive . What causes rejoicing causes a person Feel good, be enthusiastic or happy. Because of this broad meaning, the most diverse things can cause rejoicing.

We must not forget that rejoicing is also a term widely used within the religious sphere. Thus, it is used to show the satisfaction that a believing person can feel for attending a trade, because it will make him feel in connection with God, or for undertaking a good action that he has as a beneficiary to his neighbor.

Precisely for that reason, there are even several religious songs that have the aforementioned word in their title, as would be the case of "I rejoice" by Gadiel Espinosa. A composition is that has verses like these: “I rejoice in Jesus Christ because he has saved me. All my faults have forgiven, for his love he has changed me ... ”.

Within the musical field we can say that there is also a song aimed at teachers and students in which the positive of the day to day of both is told.

In many cases, rejoicing is associated with food . When an individual can eat what he likes most, he experiences great joy. That is what a man who loves pasta when eating a plate of ravioli or a woman who loves chocolates when she has a box of chocolates at her disposal.

To all of the above we can add that there are several literary works that have in their titles the word we are analyzing. One of them is "Rejoicing in man", which was published in 1983 and won the Eugenio Nadal Prize.

It is written by Salvador García Aguilar and takes the scene of the England of the 10th century. It is a historical story that brings us closer to what society was like and the life of that moment, while giving us the opportunity to reflect on some of the transcendental issues of life such as love, death, destiny, power ...
